HVY DEEZ LIMITED WARRANTY

HVY DEEZ warrants that wheels manufactured by HVY DEEZ will be free from structural failure, as long as the original purchaser owns the product. HVY DEEZ further warrants, to the original purchaser that products that are manufactured by HVY DEEZ will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from purchase. Surface finish or shine will best be kept with proper products not covered by this warranty.

HVY DEEZ SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY shall be to repair or replace at HVY DEEZ sole discretion, without charge, any HVY DEEZ product that does not conform to this warranty and is returned, with a copy of the original sales receipt or other satisfactory evidence of date of purchase, to the dealer from whom the product was originally purchased, or to HVY DEEZ 1225 N. Knollwood Circle Anaheim, CA 92801, Attn: Warranty Dept. (freight prepaid). Such repair or replacement shall not include removal, installation or transportation charges (freight charges). IN NO EVENT SHALL HVY DEEZ HAVE ANY OTHER LIABILITY, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty is not applicable to HVY DEEZ product if:

A. Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
B. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions.
C. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of racing applications.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY GIVEN BY HVY DEEZ AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so one or more of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any HVY DEEZ products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than HVY DEEZ shall be binding upon HVY DEEZ.

HVY DEEZ are not designed to be mounted with adapters, other than those supplied and/or approved by HVY DEEZ and damage caused by any such accessories or adapters is not covered by this warranty. Wheels purchased by dealers or retail customers as cosmetically blemished are only subject to the structural warranty.

IMPORTANT: All warranty returns will be reviewed by HVY DEEZ. If returned products are found not to be subject to warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense. If, for whatever reason, HVY DEEZ accepts the return of any products that do not meet these warranty specifications, there will be a restocking fee charged.

TIRE CLEARANCE

Our warranty does not cover tire to fender clearance or tire to suspension clearances. These clearances can by a problem and must be fit-checked before mounting all the tires. The following procedures must be followed:

1. Mount one tire on a wheel intended for use on the front of the vehicle.
2. Install the tire/wheel assembly on the front hub and while still on the lift, turn the steering wheel from extreme right to extreme left while checking for any interference with the fender well or suspension components.
3. Lower the vehicle and repeat step 2 with the weight of the vehicle applied.
4. Have someone apply pressure to the fender of the vehicle and check for tire rub. Do not put hands or fingers between tire and vehicle while checking.
5. Install the tire/wheel assembly on the rear hub and check for interference.

WHEEL INSTALLATION

1. Check and inspect all stud threads and mounting surfaces before installation. Threads must not be lubricated, but must be free of corrosion rust, burrs and fractures. Replace studs if needed.

AFTER INSTALLATION

All lug nuts MUST be checked and retorqued to the proper specifications immediately after 25 miles. Installer must instruct the customer to retorque of return immediately after 25 miles, so installer can retorque, failure to retorque is unsafe and could cause a serious accident resulting in bodily injury. Retorquing must be done any time the wheel lug nuts are removed for any reason.
